Thanks to everyone who commented on Another Earth. Finally saw it this morning. Bit different than expected.

Jack Reacher - not a half bad movie at all. I doubt it'll gain any critical acclaim but it was entertaining.

watched looper a couple night ago, was not impressed at all

close to a major bust..only agreed more after reading some reviews on imdb

Ted, however, provided many laughs (6-7/10)

Default Gangster Squad

Despite a top-heavy cast (Penn, Nolte, Brolin, Gosling, Stone) this film breaks no new ground, wheeling out every gangster film cliche. Ultimately, not very satisfying.

Saw The Hobbit. Spend almost 20 bucks on that crap.

LOTR was awesome. But this one reminded me of some sort of children adventure flick like Joruney to the Center of the Earth.
What a crap *** movie that was.

Life of Pie on the other hand was very enjoyable.

I watched "A Streetcar Named Desire" last night. Boy, the young Brando was sooooo good looking back then. Great film.

Mad Max 1 and 2 were on AMC yesterday so I watched the first one. They're being played again right now so I'm watching again. Always surprised by how young Mel looks in the first one.

Not a big Mel Gibson fan but Mad Max 1 and 2 are my favorite Mel films by far. Braveheart is a bit of a distant third.

Zero Dark 30 was pretty good, a lot longer than I expected, if you're expecting a movie focusing on Seal Team 6, this isn't it, most of the movie is dedicated to the intelligence side.
