Smith was not a great mover but he was not that bad, he was quite nimble for his size.

I loved John Newcombe and he was a great player but he wasn't a genius of the court like Nastase.

However, Nastase hold the Masters record for many many years.He suprassed himself in that great event.

I think Nasty´s main sorrow, other than Wimbly would be the Davis Cup.The atmosphere of the 1972 final is one of the highest of any international team event.

Vilas was never n°1 in ATP ranking, but was considered as the real n°1 in 1977.
