I've noticed him look at his hand once. Hopefully it won't be an issue.

Is it me or Almagro's serve has been getting better in the last year?

He always goes for it on the first serve...Maybe his % got better but I dunno. JJ is barely moving for a lot of em so far.

I think "Coach Juanqui" has been working him hard. I was down at that exho in Miami and I saw him running laps after his second round robin. I was like, "Who are you, pod-person, and what have you done with Nico?'

Their accent smells like they are emigrants or something. Probably local Polish descendants.

JJ just fired 4 aces and won his gem

He needs to. I think with all the crowd support, this is going to be tight to the end even if JJ doesn't move as well as Nico does.

Did you see the closeup on that blister job? It looks worrisome.

Wonder if those missed chances will bother Nico in the breaker.

Great save. He shows a lot of mental strength for being so new to these bigger matches.

Another terrible line call...I wonder if most of his outbursts before were justified

Will be interesting to see if Almagro can keep serving as well as he is.
