=== UPDATE ===
For some reason my original post was cut off when composing with Tapatalk iPhone app (sorry about that). I've now added the rest of what I tried to write the fist time. Hopefully now it makes more sense. =========== Hey all. This is my first winter in the US (and my first 30 degree winter possibly ever!) so I'm after some recommendation for a lightweight jacket to wear during warmup and/or play. I quite like the jacket Federer was wearing after his match with Tomic, but at $130 it's a bit steep. In saying that I really like the zip front, zip pockets, and high collar (for when I ride my bike to the courts), so I'd be willing to pay the steep price for these features unless you have another suggestion which fits the bill. The plainer the better; not a big fan of logos and prints, which attracted me to Fed's jacket in the first place. Thanks for any help!

Yes, its even been full warmup jacket weather in SCal so far this winter. As far as Dallas, its also mandatory attire as well as playing some indoors when too cold.

Hey Dave_D. I have one of the N98s Aussie rugby version. It's what I use at the moment and I agree it's pretty good. I have just purchased another N98 non-Rafa version (black with red zipper) from Teh Bay. Unfortunately TW only has the Rafa versions, and I suspect TW've been deleting the post I keep trying to put up with links to plain N98 jackets.
Hopefully this non-link version will remain: ==== Well, I've found: - Nike non-Rafa version of the N98, - Nike old skoolish GX warm up jumper. The N98 is exactly the same as my Aussie rugby jumper, which I use currently. Anyone have the GX and can report back? I also had a look at the new Adidas jacket (TW link) which I liked the style and loved the weight of (it's super light!), I disliked the colour (sadly typical for me).

Yeah, it's been a mild 60–65 this week in Houston, but in my very limited four month experience of this city, it could drop to 10 on the weekend

No, I bought a black N98 jacket from The Bay. Does the job. It's very plain design, just black with red zippers.

The N98 jacket is a good midweight offering for warming up or streetwear for the morning and evening cool in a moderate climate. I wouldn't rely on it for cold weather warmth - the cold will definitely be felt.

Adidas makes great warmups, also look into track jackets, they are the cost effective warmup jackets.
