I know my stick is a little heavier than the two average, and the measurement is strung with over grip and dampener.
That's massively different to TW's specs.

Strung Weight: 11.7oz / 331.69g Balance: 6 pts HL Swingweight: 328

Even accounting for 7g for the OG + damp, yours must play like a beast! Even the reference racquet on TWU suggests that it has a huge sweetpost and considerable power, but yours is even higher.

Same mold???
Graphene is 2mm thicker mold, totally different.
Even the head shape is noticeably different. Now, since Novak is playing with a MG Rad MP mold, it will be more difficult to spot the difference, minus the throat...

Is the frame simply a thicker version of the old mg and youtek radical pro (plus the graphene and the tight string pattern, of course)?

Which would mean a totally different frame...
It may similar to some of those, however, as I recall the MG Radical Pro lacked control, had a great spin, and did not have the solid feel that Speed Pro Graphene may offer on top...

I am playing with a Pro stock version of the IG Speed MP 315 (263.5). I love the silicon in the handle and was able to customize it to my liking -- lead around the hoop from 8 to 4, double layer on top. Total weight is 350g strung with OG, no dampener -- I find the feel of it to be MUCH better without the dampener. The balance of my stick is 32 cm, SW is between 340 and 350.
I also have one matched 263.2 (YT Speed MP) and it plays tad stiffer and a tad more powerful.

I will try the G Speed Pro when I return from Asia, probably Friday evening and will post my opinion. I expect a lot from it based on the (honeymoon) comments on this board, I am afraid it will not be my next stick

I didn't mind the mg radical pro but it did have a very open pattern, but it does look the same mould as the g but less thick.

Ground strokes had more plow-through on the Pro, compared to the prior version. I have a OHBH, and I could comfortably swing away and get good depth and power (I could also hit long or short, as I have with any racquet, but I got to a high confidence level quickly). Serves took a little more time to get in a groove, but hard flat serves had good power; I was surprised on some deep slice serves I hit: more power than I though I would get vs the effort of the serve. Volleys were awesome; I had no problem getting power or with placement. I even had a couple of tough half-volley digs. The weight of the racquet is a little higher than I normally like, but I could make it work.

If the Steam racquets were not out, I think this wild be my stick, though I would put in a full bed of X1B 17. I still love my Blade 98, but its a little harsh on my wrist.

I got to hold the new speed pro today. Dry swinging you can definitely feel the weight in the head. Also, I held it side by side with the radical midplus. The radical midplus is slightly smaller like a 95 To me, while the speed pro seemed like a 98 (similar size to the Volkl 98s). As other have reported, it's not as round as the old speed. Definitely more oval and seems to come from a brand new mold.

Your Speed MP could have it's head a bit compressed.

Thanks. Nice review. Glad to hear it feels good for a one hander.
