And you watch him show not one sign of fatigue in his next match. You won't even know he ever played this marathon come tomorrow.
I get that argument, and I agree it might be somewhat suspicious, but Vero has made a good counter-argument about this, that Novak ha played very long matches before the last two years, that he could have won...

The brother of my brother in law found out he was gluten intolerant in his 40s and he felt a lot better, so I do think that could make a difference. Add an improved mentality.

Also, remember that point he conceded to Nadal at RG last year?, it was very good sportsmanship on his part, so that makes me doubt also he would be doping.

Lance Armstrong raised hundreds of millions of dollars to fight cancer, and he was doping.

Exactly. To use one instance of a player conceding a point in a match as a reason why said player would not be doping is ridiculous. For that one point he gave away there are many points and entire matches(like last night)he never would have won wiithout the doping. The peds rule every single time.

I've always been suspicious of djoker following last year's australian open semi and final. No matter how fit you are, I just don't believe you can do 11 hrs + of top quality grinding tennis without 'enhancement'.

Exactly. I believe that most of the Spanish & Serbian players are doping fiends.

I think it's fair to question if both were doping.
Not just the winner. Korda was on roids
and he was rail thin.

Regardless of whether or not he doped
Djoker played a gutsy match and had
that "I expect to win and every time
you hit a good shot it was lucky and
I can't believe I missed such an easy
shot (no matter how difficult it actually
was) attitude that champions often have
throughout the 5th set.

I tried going gluten free last month and my
bench press went from 130lbs to 525 and I went
from being winded at the end of a three mile run to
being able to run a 26.2 mile marathon while giving
a friend a piggy back ride the whole time. I felt
amazing. Never got winded. I eventually started
eating more gluten again, though, because my friends
started accusing me of doping and taking PEDs.

It doesn't take an Egghead to see that Djokovic will march on to the final in great shape. Nothing much changes in tennis these days.

Not the same. We're talking about what you're willing to do to win. Novak didn't even take a point he could have taken and not even been called a cheater for it.

One is a fact, the other speculation. I'm not saying it proves he doesn't dope, but it would indicate he doesn't imo.

I'll go a little further on this. My old boy is a prominent professor of medicine - he said what djokovic did was, in his view, impossible. He became a djoker sceptic overnight. For what it's worth he thinks Murray is also at it.

Because Djokovic has a far more physical playing style?

Let's see how he does against Berdych and then (possibly) Ferrer. If he gets pushed against these 2 and then proceeds to win a long 5 set final then, well...

While I agree that it would make a difference to how you feel, no way would it improve your stamina and performance by 100% overnight as was the case with Djokovic.

IMO, these reasonings that Nole' is "obviously" doping are ridiculous. The guy has improved his stamina...probably has worked his *** off to achieve that. I'm no fan of Novak, but equating improvement in stamina to obvious doping is stupid. Aren't you guys fans of this game? Sometimes I wonder when I see how quickly accusations that are a true blight on the sport are thrown around here instead of acknowledging something positive about the game's best players.

Sheesh.

Thats the way Armstrong fans would you use to talk.. I see ALOT of similarities between Lance and Nole here.

I don't really know. It might. Plus, did he really have that much less stamina or did he often just give up?.
