Wilson Blade 104 ?

So i noticed this one has a stiffness of 60 and due to elbow problems this is important.
Its very light but i could lead it up abit,since TW review indicated it abit flimsy.

So im looking for inputs,on the stock version and also if someone have experimented with lead and/or silicone.

Will demo tonight in stock form, and if i can control it i might consider bying one.

I've never hit with it but it looks interesting. Fairly narrow beam, very flexy, and the head is super-wide, wider than most 110s, so should be extremely forgiving. 18x19 pattern in that head shape should produce good spin and control. Like you say, it should be a very good platform for extra weight. Serena has hers leaded up (or layed up) to 380+ swingweight!

I'm thinking of getting one of these and cutting it down to 27". The mains are the same length as a Blade 98.

You should have no issues from the racquet if you can't control it.
It does not need lead either... IMO..
The Blade Teams and the new Blade 104 are more forgiving, light player type racquets.
I think some view them as "oversized/undersized" beginer type racquet.
Which they are not..

So ...

It was really nice,i played 1,5 hours straight with it,then i swapped to mine and back a few times to compare and mine was like a board in comparison ...

I had no problems to control the 104 and it was really soft and forgiving, and even if i mishit it wasnt bad,the 93 is worse there.
However a few grams of lead to the handle and an overgrip,and perhaps a few grams per side 3 and 9 would make it abit more stable,but it wasnt that bad at all in stock form,despite its low weight.

It was strung with Wilson sensation at mid tension,still not a total rocket launcher.

It gave me something to think about,i really liked it !

I handed in my 93 for restringing for a last chance,i have a hybrid rpm/sensation now,wich is stupid when i think about it,it do feel softer than the prestrung syn gut,but im going full sensation now at 24kg, instead of the hybrid 26/25,maybe it helps, if not, well then im probably switching to the 104 !

Would love to hear from more people playing with this great racquet. Its puzzling why it doesn't get more praise around here. For anyone that feels the Blade 98 is slightly too demanding, this would be the answer.
