The only place I know of that sells Vapors is pretty far, and if I bought them in store I'd have to pay tax on them, which kind of sucks, because that adds like over 8 extra bucks. I just went ahead and got them size 11.5, because another company recommended that you go half a size up than you normally wear in other shoes.

^^^^ Yes. I feel bad for stores that get used for 'showcasing' - but for sizing shoes and clothes it makes sense.

Just received my id vapors. my shoes arent anything special, mostly black so im not sure if its worth posting pics.

Quick snap before I left for work. Yes its simple but Nike hasn't made a clean all black tennis shoe since the vapor 6.

Nice! Not necessarily something I'd order first but they look clean. With what else would you wear these with? Maybe for night match's?

Black goes with everything I wear and I mainly wear black tennis clothes.

I have a few questions for you:
- Is your "VT" logo mat? or glossy as the frame ? (a mat logo would be nice if you choose the same color for the frame and logo, so the logo remain discreet but visible)
- Did you receive an extra pair of laces, like they did for the 2k11iD ? (even if you cannot choose the color of a second pair anymore, maybe they send 2 pairs anyway, and we may ask for a different color when ordering...)

Mat logo is a nice news !
Regarding the laces, you weren't "supposed" to, but with the 2k11iD they were offering a second pair. You could even choose the color when making the shoe.
I though it could be the same with the V9, except the color choice.
