I think it is time for her to go to be honest with you...but that is a whole different discussion. They do great at home but horrible on the road. This is her sixth year so we will see.

I agree with you about Andy, I think there was a lot more to it than just results.

Jackson may have been a good guy but he was not a good coach. If he did manage to recruit talent they transferred or quit after a year or two, and I know Foley was well aware of this problem. Winning the 2011 SEC tourney saved his job for a year. Shelton is on the right track in my opinion.

I totally agree with you. I think Shelton is a much better coach.

Shelton is way better IMO too. Not even really much of a debate.

Just pointing out that winning is one thing, but UF wins in appropriate ways.

Yeah, I see he's playing 1st doubs with Lipman and 3/4 in the singles line up. It's a little strange because Vandy never used to allow kids to start school in the Spring, and I hadn't heard anything about his being there in the Fall (unless he was and just wasn't eligible until now).

This situation came up a few years ago when the hoops team was supposed to get JP Prince as a transfer from Arizona, but when he wasn't allowed to start school in the Spring he ended up at Tennessee instead. Maybe David Williams has "relaxed" the rules. Hell, they're starting to get football players in that never would have considered Vandy previously.

Is Marc the younger brother of Izak van der Merwe, who played for Old Dominion awhile back?

Funny thing is the Kentucky write-up completely excludes him - rattles off everyone elses name and gives a sentence about the match. Not him. I guess they don't even know who he is. During the match UK Twitter did the same thing just say 5 is up a set.

anyone know what happened to Carl Equez of South Carolina? I had forgotten all about him until I looked at last years results today. He was a blue-chip.
