Care to explain how Wawrinka beat Djokovic? As far as I recall the result looked different.

Murray in 3 or 4, the guy would've had a harder time talking a walk in Albert Park than reaching the SF in this years Australian Open.

Whatever happens tomorrow, I enjoyed Fed's AO big time! Every match was fun to watch.

I think the first set may mean everything tonight. If murray takes it i wonder if fed checks out knowing that if he puts in another 5 setter that he wont have enough for nole in the tank. But if he can take him in 3 tight sets then the recovery is realistic.

I agree with joeri888 - Federer has had a great AO. I have been throughly entertained by his play and his matches. And despite whatever happens tomorrow, he has had a good run and managed to navigate through a pretty tricky draw to get to semis.

Should Fed just tank so the final will be more competitive?

They said something similar before Wimbledon 2012 final.

Well if someone on BR says so, then it must be true.

I never whined, as you incessantly do about Federer's "cupcake" draws. I simply said I hoped Federer would recover and they would have a good match. Of course, you took issue with the word "recover" in that context as one is wont to do when ignoring realities.

Whoever wins tomorrow is going to have the dubious task of facing a rampant Djoko who just crushed poor Dahveed yet again. He will have had a nice, relaxing 3 day rest come Sunday's final, one more than his opponent and especially if said opponent had to play a bruiser to get through.

When he's in this mood, I cant' see either Fed or Andy stopping him somehow!

H2H Murray 10-9 vs Federer, look for 11-9.

If God-mode Fed turns up after an energizing session at the CVAC Egg, then Fed in 3 or 4 max. But mostly Murray in 3 or 4. I want the next gen to win more GS titles! It will be good for mens tennis.

I really don't consider Murray to be a "next gen" or "young gun" anymore. I have heard about this guy so much since 2006.

Or by next gen, you mean't Dimitrov, Raonic, and Tomic?
