Novak gave free tickets to some fans in London for the semifinals and final: http://www.changeovertennis.com/fan-...k-at-the-wtfs/ I'm jealous.

Your post is off-topic. This thread is about Djokovic's fans.

Hey, 007 here.

He was only responding to another off topic post. This is a pro-Djokovic thread, not a thread for hating on other players.

Well I was astounded when I watched both Nadal, Fed and Murray at close quarters on court just how physical tennis has become. As a tennis player I cannot imagine what it must be like trying to return a shot from these new guys, Djoko and Nadal . Not just for one match but the whole tour. Federer's game plan is without doubt incredible and he is a master at negotiating the returns but it is the sheer physical and mental force that has to be endured week after week. Murray and Djoko have changed their physiques to accommodate this new approach to tennis and it is working but it is very hard work and it takes it out on the body eventually. Federer may have been fit at 24 but I doubt he would have survived.

While looking for Christmas gift ideas for my husband to get me, I found this Djokovic Bobblehead...I think it looks a lot more like President Obama than Novak.

Bumping this thread to wish Novak luck in the finals and because I need a breath of fresh air from all the negatively toward him in so many of the other current threads. Here's one of my favorite pictures from the Australian Open. I love how affectionate he is with his opponents at the net

yes, he's a darling. Win or lose, I'm proud of him. Equally nice in victory and defeat.

except for matches when he rips his shirt apart. the only time where i think it would have been passable was during the epic with nadal

That has nothing to do with interaction with other players.

it's not as if the other players are oblivious to it though. stan noticed. having a heartfelt handshake/ embrace then immediately proceeding to rip your shirt towards the crowd in a very alphamale way is oddly hypocritical to me. i enjoyed the exchanging of shirts he did with someone after a match much more, although its a futbol ripoff. that was excellent. but djokovic along with tsonga are still the most gracious. class acts.

Novak is hosting another of his Nole4U chats. I've watched one but never tried to participate. What question would you ask if you could have a question chosen? Obviously he'd never answer anything that might seem controversial so that rules out anything too interesting or juicy. I might ask him why he doesn't grow his hair out just a little

Hello my friends, let’s gather once again on Sunday! I’m looking forward to our live event, we haven’t seen each other for a long time. I’m going to answer your Nole4U app questions via Ustream, but I would also like to chat with you and have a good time together. I’ve missed you! It’s Sunday at 19.30 CET, just you and I! I hope to see you! http://djoke.rs/tv
