Default Donald Young to Lotto

Looks like Nike dropped him once & for all. I wonder why Lotto signed him? The only reason I can think of is to target the African-American crowd as he's still as a popular figure for them (including me.)

I'm sure it's just a sponsorship (providing clothes and accessories) and not an endorsement where they're paying him (unless he has some "big" result and gets a bonus).

But, would DY sporting Lotto really impact sales among African-American tennis players in any sort of significant way? I guess it can't hurt to find out.

Yeah we really don't know terms of sponsorship. I mean it could be routine offer to those around top 100-150 ATP level. If you were going to throw a lot of money at an African American tennis player in hopes of influencing people, I would throw it at Sloane Stevens.
