6pm but not sure if the re-issues are as good as the original.

And not sure about other Lottos, but the Lotto Syn Raptor II was my very favorite shoe of all time. Pillows, but fast feeling. Just loved them. Would have stocked up but by the time I needed another pair they were nowhere to be found. The next version of the Raptor unfortunately became a skinny-foot shoe, but those Syn Raptor IIs were bananas good. |

It all depends. I have 308s and bought GR4s. Both comfortable but I feel the 308s give me much more stability to protect my feet especially my ankles. Gr4 have a running shoe fit. I prefer the 308 much more.

I have owned the Gel Resolution 2 through 4 (had to sell these), Barricade 2 (four pair),3, and 6, and Lotto Raptor Ultra 2's. None of these shoes come close to the cushioning of Prince T series, Wilson Tour Ikons, or Yonex 308. Fact.

reviving an old thread...
I'm on my 5th or 6th pairs of T22s and used to think they were all that (before that Barricades and some Nikes) until I started having issues with them, after each session, the next day everything aches. Then I tried on a pair of MC4 and never had a single ache, by far the most cushioned shoes I've ever tried. Unfor they finally wore out and last night, reluctantly took out my last new pair of T22s and immediately felt like walking on bricks and the aches returned. What did Prince replace the MC4 with? I've tried Asics GR (can't remember version, maybe 2s) and could never get used to the lack of top lacing holes, felt like wearing slippers. |

Thanks for the link Ronaldo, imo that review is pretty accurate concerning the comforts of the MC4s.
But what to replace them with now that Prince no longer makes the MC4s? |

Btw, owned the MV4 and now wonder if the K-Swiss Tube technology provides as cushioned a ride as the Prince shoe?

last night tried on a few pairs of shoes:
Babolat Propulse 4 Babolat V Pro Babolat SFX Asics Gel Res 5 Nike CourtBallistic 4.3 Based on stomping around in the store, the SFX had the most cushioning both forefoot and heel. The others had decent (but less) heel cushioning but far less on forefoot. I ended up w/ a pair of SFX, can't wait to give them a try. TW review comfort rating for the V Pro is 48, SFX 46 but imo the SFX was much more cushy by far. |

I say the Vapor 9s have great cushioning especially if you are on your balls of your feet. Propulse 3s have great heel cushioning but forefoot cushioning was skimpy. Asic GR 3s and 4s have good cushioning but too firm feeling.

Agree with all the comments about Babolat SFX. Those shoes are heavenly.

Can anyone comment on if the Prince t-14 or 24 have the same construction (cushioning) as the T-22? Price sure is appealing on those 2 models...
Thanks. |
