I'm not suggesting one or the other, but I will point out that they make new wives every year. Head Elite Pros, on the other hand...

You must have been Gandhi in your last life for frames like that to walk through the front door! Enjoy them, and feel free to post tales of how they play...

im not saying i was or i wasnt.. but i do operate under the motto "do good and good will be done to you"

maybe it is just good karma for me helping a TT member out a few months ago. guy had his whole racket bag stolen, so i sent him a couple frames, strings, grips etc...

maybe this was just the universe paying me back haha

Extremely good of you Kal. Very few would be so generous.

I've been very blessed to have attained what I have in this sport. Hoping my competitive comeback will be as successful with no set-backs here of late. If not, the business side of tennis has been a solid fall back for me.

I come from a family that didn't have much, so I understand what it is like to both help others and also need help from time to time. It's nice to know when you hit a rough patch there are people out there that care and will help when they can.

in that case, i've also had my bag stolen and i know what that feeling is... felt good to be able to help out

Prestige Pro $180 - $220
Elite Pro $180 - $220
Graphite master $50 - $80
Prince $50 -$100
Donnay $100 - $150
Total: about $600-$650

Pretty good!

I prefer the All Brown Prestige Pro!

How much do you think these would fetch? I don't see them come up much, so hard to say.

I been thinking of doing some very low tension experiments with poly or badminton natural gut with this super dense pattern.

I just found the listing, it sold for only $29, mine are definitely in better shape, basically look new, but seems like these are not as thought after as I imagined, I thought they would be in $80 to $100 range, go figure.

I bought a Donnay Pro One from you 3 weeks ago, beautiful racket but just didn't feel good, had to sell it. I love classic rackets. Still looking for a modern frame that plays as well as the old prestige classics. Any advice on a frame that plays like the old Prestige Pro's or Prestige Classics, but with a larger head size?

So far I am liking the Fischer Pro Classic 98, and Fisher Pro One form late 1990's. From the newer stock, I think the yellow Prince Rebel 2012 actually feels quite good, some loss of feel, but very soft and smooth. I also picked up a Microgel Prestige Pro but haven't tried it yet.

you could try the donnay x-dual platinum - a few people feel it play like a pro stock prestige..

if you like those specs i also recommend the x-platinum unreleased that you can get off their website

it is a bit cheaper and plays beautifully as well

I actually tried the X-Dual Platinum, I had it for a while and gave it a good test, I thought the frame was a little too flexible especially at the top of the hoop, my serve was not as good with it as with the prestige. With a little bit of lead tape it played very well, very slightly better than the prestige off the ground, but not as good on serve, not even close. The beam is too think and flexed too much.

I tried the Microgel Prestige Pro today, it has some promise, need to get some lead on to it and bring it to my spec, it's a little stiffer than I expected, but not as stiff as the Donnay Pro One, that thing was super stiff!

That Is where we differ... I dont find the P1 to play all that stiff. I much prefer the platinum to the prestige and at 6'6" serve is quite important to my game

Consider it job-related benefits. Awesome luck !!! Especially Prestige Pro. Wanna trade it for something?
