Wheat grass and chlorella/spirulina for my green food intake for a few weeks now, can already tell a difference in recovery after workouts. I'm looking into getting a vitamix blender; what are type of mixer are you guys using?
I have a NutriBullet, it is awesome. Only $100 and it is powerful enough to break down anything and the size is perfect. Also very easy to clean and the mixing containers are cups with lids. My veggie intake has gone way up since I bought it.
