Sometimes I think that Djokovic really is the son of god (as TheF1Bob puts it). There have been many moments where things have gone his way just at the right time to carry him to victory. He earns his wins, no doubt, but I wouldn't mind if some balls would hit the cord and bounce back on his side more often.

I think Murray can win more majors, but I want to see how he fares against Nadal before I take a guess at how many. |

No way you can just say stuff like that with certainty. As a matter of fact, I think Djokovic would have still blown him away in the next 3 sets. |

See the word "probably" in my post. If Murray was up two sets to love, in my opinion, he would have probably found a way to win one of the last three sets. Being down 2-0 in sets makes for a very different match dynamic. I'm not saying that Djokovic would not have still won, it's very possible, but that would have been a tough task even with the way he was playing. So, I would still go with Murray being able to win set 3 or 4. If it had gone five after Murray won sets 1 and 2, I would give the edge to Djokovic to win a five setter. So, in short, if Murray had been up 2-0, I think he would have found a way to win set 3 or 4 to take the title.

Djokovic can come back from the brink of defeat, time and again.
Considering Murray was hurt, I'd give Novak a 60% chance of winning the match even if he was down 0-2.

Now we can all agree that the USO 2012 win was a wind-assisted fluke.
Even with a cakewalk draw up until washed out Federer he failed to beat the same player in a HC GS final. With Federer quickly fading away and Nadal not playing, Murray's only hope is Wimbledon where the field is thin and Djokovic's full-Western forehand grip, awful slice and missing net play set him back. |

I'd say at least 60% to Murray if he was up 2-0. If it was anyone else, at least 75% as I agree that Djokovic is really good at coming back from the brink of defeat. Nadal is way up there in that category as well.

He was on the run of his life and had to play mentally-injured Nadal in the final. Nadal, according to himself, was only able to overcome the trauma by AO 2012.
Wimbledon is clearly Djokovic's worst surface. |

I can assure you I have no interest whatsoever in replying to the wrong poster. Who would?

I was thinking about this thread yesterday and how I was going to bump it when Murray won. Didn't happen. I hope Bucketkid is having a good laugh in his parents' basement.

It was a 3-setter, hardly a destruction. But then again when Nadal beat Söderling in Rome (6-1 6-0) people here claimed that Nadal barely escaped him.
Murray will comeback stronger than ever.

Murray has not been firing on all cylinders since the second set of the AO final. At the moment, he seems to be good for only one or maybe two sets. Injury problems? Fitness problems? Mental problems? IMO something's not quite right with him at the moment!
