made some fish stew last night and i made it too salty. i heard about this trick bout putting in raw potato and while it cooks - it absorbs salt. then remove salty potatoes and voila! it worked.

lunch today is fish stew.
The point is they couldnt get it at the factory for pennies on a dollar. And it is marked up even more over there than here. So they didnt buy anything if it was made in china. Not even 5 dollar Jordans.

silly american. you don't buy shoes in china. you simply paid some child to do the walking for you until they reach a certain age and/or height (which ever comes first).

What did the TWMAC think of the AO final?

I was kinda meh... I hate seeing a really tight, closely fought match come down to an endurance event. Seems like Murray didn't have anything left in the tank at the end after that Fed 5-setter.

shaniqua inserts? heck no dood.

djoker and murray have mastered defensive tennis so much that it's nearly impossible to win points. the only possibility is to lose points with errors.

the first two sets was mesmerizing but not especially riveting.

I was thinking the same thing... and that's saying a lot considering Rafa's a freaking wall too.

That match would have been alot better if it was best of three. Really stopped being interesting after you knew Murray would be gases for the last two sets.

I was watching with my dad. He hates Murray and Djok. But hates murray worse. Once Djok won that 2d set I told him it was over and murray was done.

Then he started holding his hamstring as an excuse.

For the record my dad really likes Nadal and says he has the best "forearm" of all the guys he has watched. And by Forearm he means forehand, not the actual size of his forearm.

Haha... I can't tell you how many people I've met through work, or the military, or whatever... that have told me they play a lot of tennis and that their "forearm" is really good.

but tennis is one of those sports that many many people say they play when shooting the shiz at the water fountain. but the truth is very very few of those people are even 3.0 tennis players.

is it time to go home yet?

True... I did have a guy tell me he was really good at "spiking" the ball. I'm not sure if he meant serving or hitting an overhead.

Dats - took the kiddos over to the gym and trusted the 16 year old girl to not them die while the wife and I worked out. So far so good...

We have one of those super golds gyms with the massive kid play area with a bunch if Wii's and kids movies on TVs - there have been times when Bri was having so much fun with the other kids there, she didn't want to come home - LOL! They've also managed to handle the twins for about an hour or so.

dude, how old is your youngest? i thought they're supposed to be 6months at the youngest? i don't think i could leave my 4month at that daycare... maybe ill bring the monitor and set it up there.. ha! or maybe an electronic gps anklet so i can track her location.
but i have been trying to go to the gym and that would make it easier...
i am still hovering near crappy NFL qb height/weight (and im not quite at the same body fat level as these guys!)
Dalton, Andy 6'2" 220 lbs
Gradkowski, Bruce 6'1" 220 lbs

and not Sampras/Rafter/Nadal 6'1 190lbs

gotta keep hittin that treadmill and trying to play basketball with the eclectic collection of Sudanese and Yemeni (ok, i have no idea where they are from... but thats my guess) high school dudes that run back and forth on the court without a clue on how to set a pick or play defense. but last time i played, i had 0 pts (0for4 shooting), 8 rebounds, 1 block. the block was pretty epic though! but I am obviously too fat and old to play basketball now too. (sigh)

almost got a bite on selling the IG Speed but nobody bumped my thread.. sniff.. cmon.. i wanna try the BLX pro tour! sounds like my game.. PRO effin TOUR pal!
