Who has a better serve out of these two?

Jeremy Chardy or Novak Djokovic.
Don't take into account Chardy's bad ball toss, imagine he gets it perfect every time. When they are both serving their best who has the better delivery? Thanks

For me I think, Djokovic has better accuracy but not as much power as Chardy. At their peak I think Chardy can hammer down a few more aces. There second serves are equal imo. I give the edge to Chardy as he can get a few more unforced errors off his extra mph on the serve

True, but that is because he has the best ground game in world history. Hit his spot on serve and finish/ construct point with groundstrokes!
