Trouble Finding Decent hitting partners

I've come back to tennis after about 5 years off, used to be a top junior and at one point had a national ranking.

I'm getting back into hitting again but finding it really hard to find decent hitting partners, all my old mates from tennis have moved or are married and have other priorities in life so I pretty much have to start from scratch.

I am planning on entering tournaments again but in the meantime, what are some good ideas on finding good partners? I've found a few from tennis partner sites but invariably people are never as good as they rate themselves.
