I'm a fan of the Nike half-cushion socks that sell for $16 for 3 pairs.
http://store.nike.com/us/en_us/?l=sh...50/pgid-530622 They just came out with a 6 pack of (non-half-cushion) socks for $22 meaning less money per sock. http://store.nike.com/us/en_us/?l=sh...04/pgid-530595 Wondering if anyone's tried both and can tell me the difference. They pretty much look the same except for the gray wording and the left/right specific fit for the half-cushions. |

The half cushion have left/right foot clarifications on them so you don't put them on the wrong foot. They also are very nice and don't get lint all over your foot. The full cushion socks are nice BUT they shed lint all over your foot, I washed all 6 of my pair inside out to get rid of that problem but within 1 or 2 washes later they were just leaving Persian rugs on my feet when I took them off. Get the half-cushion socks there was no difference between the cushioning for me.

Yeah the full cushions have more cotton in them which causes more lint. You really can't tell the difference for cushioning, but if you want to spare yourself the clean up, stay with the 3 pack half cushions.
