Default Tecnifibre TFIGHT 315 LTD - is this MAJOR X-ONE frame?

This new TFIGHT 315 LTD appears to have a lot of the same specs (RA the same at 64) as the old Major X-One Control racquet.
Can anyone confirm if this is indeed the case?

I really like the specs of Tecnifibre TFight 315 Ltd. 16 Main.

I may have to pick one of these up!!!

TW pics look like a square beam in the throat with wee bit thicker and rounded beam at the tip of the head.

SW of 309 is too low but can be fixed.

It is kind of like the old box beam tfight 320 prior to the vo2 oval beam version. But, 18x20 is new and thicker head tip is new. Also, it's similar to the old dunlop 300t in shape of mold but I didn't think the dunlop played anything like the old TF 320.

Might be worth a demo.

Anybody else played with this racquet yet? Any more comparisons? I am thinking about making this my next stick, so I would love to hear more feedback on the racquet!

I am not sure if you have realized that the racket did not ship yet and is estimated to ship on February 5.
Therefore, we are all looking at the specs and speculate how it will play...

I have ordered one (18x20) and will test it next weekend.

I do realize, however some (somehow!) get some early because of their connections. Like Tennis_Enthusiast said he got to play with the open pattern version.
So I was asking for some people like that to maybe give some more information.
I look forward to what you say about the racquet as well though.
I am getting impatient. haha

I am not sure how the old TF used to play as I have only played with the 2011 TFight 325 version.
For this reason, all information about the racquet will be incredibly useful for me.
Could you maybe compare what the old TF felt and hit like compared to the more recent ones?

My current frames strung with overgrip are 345g and 32cm balance, so have provided the unstrung specs to him based on what i use.

Also for his reference, he asked me to estimate the swingweight of my current frames using the TW method. Its a strung with overgrip SW so not ideal for him, but gives him a ballpark. Dont know how accurate it is but did it a few times and took the average and the SW came in at 354. I have happily used frames with lower swing weights and am open to this so will see what options he can provide based on lead placement.

I hope the TF will release a decent number of these as I got a feeling I will really like them. My main concern is going back to low flex and I don't remember the TF grip shape - I use TK82S.

Yeah they look promising. I may end up looking into the 18x20 version, but look to be pretty similar to my current frames, hence trying 16x19 version.

Did you get rid of all your 57a's?

the grip looks a little closer to TK82, but could be wrong. Its been a while since using anything tecnifibre

I don't know why Tecnifibre would limit the production of these, spec wise it'll be the best stick that they offer.
How does this racquet compare to the PSTGT in terms of plush, control, stability, and ease of swinging the racquet? I know you mentioned needing more lead to stabilize the racquet.

The grip shape may be a turn off...
Anyway, yes, got rid of the 57's and am using the Speed MP 315 with silicone/lead last 6 months or so...

But am really curious to try this TF...
