So I am going to be near DC (actually Silver Springs, MD) for a month (all Feb) and am looking for a people/place to play since I know noone. Have you guys heard about Georgetown Prep Tennis club? Is this a good place to play?

Any suggestions?

I'm a 5.0 player played a little college tennis.

Also if anyone wants to play hit me up

Looks like we just missed each other. Too bad, we could've went on a date at Anna Miller's.
I was there 03-06 maybe played tennis 3 times the entire time I was there.

Also that Bravo place under Anna Millers was mediocre at best.

I think his girl goes there and he doeasnt want anyone else tapping that until he mans up and asks her out.

The longer you wait Zap the more time someone else has to sneak in there and hit that.

I'm reminded of a famous quote from "Smokey and the Bandit":

Anything is possible I guess. But he has had her racket for like 6 months and wont even call to return it.

Somone may have already pulled an M.C Ren and found her Fckd her and fleed.

Or maybe Zap M.C Renned her @$$. Its hard to tell.

For the record I have never M.C Renned anyone but may have to if Zap doesnt pick his game up with this tennis chic.

Tried out the Steam 105S yesterday, a buddy of mine had the stick as a demo. Nice spin stick. Feels solid and heavier than it's 10.5oz weight. You get decent spin from it but IMHO, it's not a game changer in my hands. Also way to tempted to rafa-moonball everything.

For lunch today, Basil Tyme Two stopped by with the beef brisket ravioli - yum!

it seriously snowed every single day we were there...best conditions of any trip...i think they got 50+ inches this past week! haha...it was ridiculous...but i do love me some powder...no lift lines either...which was nice...

the skip "town" wasn't all that...so if you're looking for nice places to eat, there weren't a ton of options...
