I am looking for racquets from the 1980s in a 95"-100" head size that are at least 12 ounces. I have tried the Yamaha Secret racquets, but not really to my liking. I don't know if they are hollow or foam-filled, but when I tap on them, they have a hollow-like feel to them and didn't give me the plow that I was looking for. I currently play with a Dunlop Biomimetic 2.0 Tour, which is very solid, but if was a few mm thicker, it would be perfect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The "hollow" feel is due to the high resonance nature of the frame. It's supposed to be similar to the Kuebler Resonanz that also vibrates in sync with the ball.
If you are looking for 1980's 95-100's, try the Fischer Kingsize or Vacuum Plus frames.

The Orig Head Prestige from 88 or 89? Or Prince Orig Graphite Mid?

The tapered-beam Wilson Ultra FPK 95, Ultra Kevlar 95, or Ultra Graphite 95 from the late 80's/early 90's should fit the bill nicely. Great racquets, undervalued, very good to hit with, can adapt to all styles of play, bridging "classic" and "modern" game quite capably.
My favorite Wilson sticks. I've been using the Ultra Graphite 95 quite a bit lately and having a blast, and hitting serves harder than I have in years with it.

The Pro Staff 6.0 95 did not come out until 1994. In the 80's you only had 85, 110, and 125 headsizes in the Pro Staff.

97", 12.2 oz strung with over grip and dampener. It has a 22" beam and is viable even in today's game.

That's another great suggestion, good call! (Though technically not dating from the 80's)

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I have the PS 6.0 95 and the FPK 95. Great feel racquets. I just need a little more pop, probably in the 22-25 mm range. But I will try lowering the tension on my FPK. I just got it last year and had it strung at 60 with poly. I considered the Prince Graphite II, but the 14x18 pattern is holding me back. Would prefer to demo it first.

How about one of the Wimbledon Eclipse models? Very late '80s, pretty hefty...plenty of pop(too much for me back then). You could bring back the teal and purple color schemes

Maybe Prince Lightning Mid? It's a 90 but will give u more pop for sure. I think a few mid plus were made, I have never seen one.
Keep looking on the big site, they pop up all the time.....
