You also try calling on Monday. John has been real helpful, and since you are in the East Coast you should get the parts in a couple of days.

Did they charge you or was it still under warranty?

You should of called them in the first place.

I've had two string clamps and one swivel clamp replaced by Gamma.

Great customer service, very accommodating.

You machine is newer than mine, and I've yet to have anything break down. (knock on wood)

just unlucky, i think. i really like the machine, just think i got a bad run of parts, primarily the string clamps exploded at the bearings.

swivel clamp was just kinda crunchy (1) and didn't have that sweet "switch action" after a while, didn't "snap" on and off. it still worked ok.

I've pretty much been using Eagnas PN-1012 clamps on my 6004, as well as the Dual clamps that look like the currently shipped Gamma clamps (like yours). My Dual clamps, don't have the bearings like yours does.

Someone told me Prince, Gamma and Alpha get thier current clamps from the same manufacturer. I think the new Alpha Ghost and Phnatom have the same clamps.

had the PN-1012 on my 910. They were fine and no bearings as i recall.
What are the Dual clamps you speak of? Eagnas model? If so I don't see them, their website is so convoluted.

The Dual Clamps I got from Arfaian for less than $70 shipped. I got them to use for badminton, but they work great for tennis. They look like your clamps, but without the bearing.
