This applies to ALL tissue, not just elbows. And I don't know why news like this is being recycled...

I wouldn't call it recycling. As long as doctors are still giving cortisone shots this information (and additional studies confirming it) is relevant and worth publicizing. Just because you know it doesn't mean everyone does.

Good call, i know i had no idea that it would be bad for you to get a cortisone shot. i know people who have had good results with it. Strange stuff

Has anyone tried magnetic bracelets for tennis or golfer's elbow? One guy I play with said his was so bad years ago he could not lift a coffee cup, and just one day after he wore one it went away and never returned, and he wears it 24/7. I find this hard to believe, so was just wondering if anyone else had tried it. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Magnets do nothing, what little benefit it may provide to a selected few is not scientifically significant.

And personally, tried it for a bad ankle and it did next to nothing. He wore it for a day and never returned? That's some good coffee.
