I got mine today. Yes they are white, but my shoes don't get as dirty as I have a couple in rotation and only play on hard courts. I also wear them to work as they are comfortable and stylish.

Great shoes. I would even buy them if they were Nike's retail version. As for the laces, I would say if you wear white socks, go with the white laces; if black socks, black laces.

I like my Vapor 9. Yes, it is very comfy. But I try not to wear it other than playing. Outsole wears out too fast.

Well I sit at a desk most of the time and walk around on carpet, I don't think that's going to wear them out. It hasn't yet.
