Let's face it - you're the one who is deluded

2xQFs and 1xSF (achieved with an injured back last year and dodgy ankle in 2011 no less) is not exactly a disaster clay slam record. He has lost to Berdych, Nadal and Ferrer in the last 3 years - all claycourt mugs alright...

Nothing is impossible. If your hypothetical situation did come up, Murray's chances would double.

Okay, lets say Murray gets the number two seed this year at RG.

Lets say that Djokovic gets Nadal in his quarter as seed 5 and Federer in his half as seed three. All of a sudden Murray making a final at RG becomes a much bigger possibility. And if someone like Ferrer falls early, because for some reason, he has had some unexpected early round losses at RG, Murray could be eyeing a final spot.

Now, Djokovic and Nadal kill each other, the winner of that goes through another battle with Federer, and whoever turns up in the final is not 100% because of the previous battles....Now things get interesting.

You could well be right - but if Rafa and Nole weren't playing then Murray would be bookies favourite (he's solid 3rd favourite right now)

Djokovic is the worst six-time one slam wonder and multiple one-dimensional baseliner I've ever seen.

The Mayor of London has a better chance of winning RG than Muzzah.

He's the 3rd favourite behind Nole and Rafa - but hey; don't let facts get in the way of anything. Your personal opinion carries far more weight than that of the people who price tennis for a living.

Way to undersestimate the Great Scot. Surely if Nadal and Fed get eliminated, he will have a chance, even with Djoker around. Nicolas Almagro ahead of Murray ? Berdych and Tsonga have better chances than Almagro. And Murray is now significantly better than Berdych and Tsonga.

I could've seen Fed winning in 4 going in (though a longshot), but certainly not in 3 or "maybe 4" as Wilander said. All in all I agree that he's quite the idiot.
