Default Andrei Koslov as a coach

Any thoughts on Andrei Koslov as a coach? Got blown off re: privates with Nick Saviano over the Summer.

Kozlov is solid and has a proven product , i would test it out see if the chemistry is good but once again he has a son who does well and is the direct results of his coaching .

I would not hire him as my son's coach, if he indeed allowed his son to drive when he was 14.

He is a great coach. Actually saw him coaching Rosol at Key Biscayne one year ago. Great coach. His son Stefan is poised to be a future star - if the USTA doesn't screw it up.

I was told via email he won't do privates with people who aren't regular members of his academy. Maybe if we are lucky and someone cancels maybe he would deign to give one 30 minute lesson but no guarantees. Not spending $$$ for a maybe

Don't take it personal crosbydog, frequently the top coaches at any academy are slammed full and can't take any "outside" lessons. At ours, there are plenty of active academy players waiting for one of those spots if it opens. A new kid might sneak in to a spot, but that is only cause of an inside referral from a friend, fellow coach or USTA kind of thing. At an academy it can be good business to take care of the players that show loyalty to the program, they tend to be spending consistent money there, just how it is.

Does anyone know about Nandor Veres Sr. at the President's Club in West Palm Beach Florida as a coach?
