I know when a topic has new posts, it is supposed to turn orange. And when I click on the orange piece of paper next to the topic title, it is supposed to take me to the most recent post I haven't read. The problem is that it automatically says I have read every post for a day.

For example, a thread has posts at 8/3 1:00pm, 8/3 6:00pm, 8/4 11:00 am, and 8/4 5:00 pm. On 8/3 the first post is posted and it appears orange. I read it turns gray. I don't come back until the next day. If I read a 10:30 am, the thread will be gray, even though there is a post I haven't read. If I logged on at 11:30, the thread will be orange, but I click on the orange piece of paper next to the topic, it will take me to the third post, when I should take me to the second post. (Because I haven't read it.) It is kinda confusing, hope you understand.

That means, when a thread is orange and says it has a new post, that means it has a new post for the day, not just a new post. (Like I think it should.) This means I'm not always informed of a new post.

I would like to know if I am right, and if this is a problem, when it will be fixed.

Something weird just happened. In the "Racquets" board, the first 10 or so topics were orange. I left my computer for a little while, and when I came back they are all grey and it says they are read. I didn't read any of them and I didn't press "Mark All Messages Read". This happened to all of the boards, except for two. So now it says I have read every post on every board except for two boards.
