Just found Nike "previews" from the Indian Wells outfit with orange wristband.
Not that these previews are always correct - some details often change from it to the real thing - but it could be that way.

it's an advert from Nike, but it won't necessery be the real thing at the end :

Anyway, you could buy them (exclusive Premier wristbands) at the booth Nike will have at Indian wells OR Miami (location isn't the same each year).
And as there was no winter12 and spring13 regular wristbands sold in stores, not sure these will be sold either.

Actually, if I remember correctly, Nike still sold Premiers in Miami last year. They just happened to be the same colorways they sold in Indian Wells. The only difference is that Miami had a promo bandana in Electrolime/Black that was not sold in Indian Wells.
