He also said that it also depends on his competitors and that he may have to tweak his schedule.

I'd like to point out one important thing that everyone seems to overlook when it comes to the top 4 players in the world. Fed is the only one who's got a stupid full schedule off-court with nothing but crap (well, not crap, but stuff other than tennis) and he still manages to hold onto #2 and play amazing tennis. You don't see Nole dumping a match in a tournament and then flying to Africa to do a PR thing for his foundation or do some kind of spokes person spot for whatever new product he's been picked to be ambassador for. On top of that, he's also got tons of meetings for player's council, etc. It's stupid busy crap.

Bottom line is this. Put that schedule on anyone else's plate and I guarantee you they'll probably burn out in one season or less. Fed's been doing it for years.... the other guys haven't. They have much more time to concentrate on training and tennis. Take that into consideration when you think at the level Fed still plays today.

Yes, and the Djoker's expression at the other end of it is priceless.

Never said Bellucci or Monaco to beat him, but he could lose set here set there and reach the quarters pretty tired (he is no more young and fresh you know) only to meet Nadal :-0 I just can't see it happening - him winning RG. Even though he wants to take some time off and get 100% ready for the European clay season. Sorry. I even favor Ferrer on clay this year over him.

Oh poor Fed-having to spend 1 month in hot and humid South America in December instead of holiday/pre-season preparation, only to cash 2million dollars per match. Everyone is responsible for their own action dude. If he prefers to get rich instead of proper pre-season/holiday that's his choice. He didn't complain about it. Why do you?
