How does the 6 month durability guarantee for GR4 work?

Hey all, I was about to wear out my pair of GR4 and want to send them back in. But I'm not very familiar with Asics so I'm no sure how does the process go. Do I have to pay for shipping by myself or would I be able to get a returning label? Can i get store credit or a pair of GR5 instead? Thanks!

You can send to TW (if bought there) and they'll give you store credit if they don't have your size of GR4. Fastest and easiest through TW.
