It's the "white" option. Not really white huh!

Bobby, those are pimp. I am a huge fan of the gray uppers overall, and I would have never thought of that color scheme with them. Why you gotta scratch out your dedication? We won't kill you for putting your girlfriend's name on your shoes.
The fitframe color is an issue. Yours and the guy who tried to do a Mac Attack had the white turned gray. It still looks cool though. My only disappointment on color choices is that the midsole should have more than black or white. |

The fitframe is a little annoying. Had I known it would be like that I might have tried something else. The problem is it doesn't come in grey and blue would have added too much colour to them imo. As you say, having limited midsole options reduced the options for colour matching. Re: scratching the name out.. ha ha, I never thought of that.

I reckon Nike could make the V9 iD the stuff of legend by offering the coloured inlay parts in patterns, not just solid/fade as they have done. Imagine being able to choose checkers or stripes.
Maybe they'll update the options in the future.

Any issues with getting a black outsole on these in terms of marking up courts?

Note to anyone considering buying these shoes regarding width sizing.
I posted here (post 192) that I'd spoken to Nike about width sizing and clarified the issue. Now that my shoes have arrived it seems the Tour Fit is slightly narrower than the retail version - enough to be noticeable but not enough to ruin them for me. The difference is confined to the back half of the shoe, not the forefoot. Thought I'd post a heads-up for anyone who doesn't like close fitting shoes.

I'll play in mine for sure, that's why I bought them. Just gotta wear them around a bit first to loosen them up (see post above).

For a hard court slider, how long should they last?
Sorry, previous courtballistec wearer until I realized the mobility of v9
