Perhaps we need a ban on certain foods since that funky scent is now driftin' over Chicago.

It's a fried food epidemic.

The 35 fried give me a little trouble every once in a while but I think that based more on the quantity and frequency. Maybe eating 105 deep fried shrimp a week isn't a good idea. That pork on the other hand...not eating that again.

Disappointed I wasn't able to make it back out to LI again Saturday (was on a road trip), or get to meet Poap Dali, but a Jolly-Pickle-Gads-Dali outing upon my New York return would be epic, boys. Epic. Next time.

I told C if he ever wants to show his students how not to play doubles, have them watch me.

I did make mystifying drop volley that caused all courts to instantly stop in give me a round of applause. Definitely high level play. Stopped at Wendy's for vanilla frosty blob and the cashier just didn't understand what I had done.

I'm captaining a rogue league for topless tennis dudes. We take our tops off at the Hudson River Park courts and GOAT each other's brains out. Then we go to Spunto on 7th Ave and get a GOAT Cocktale. I hope you will join us and remove your top and hit some balls.

Yesterday I saw Mr. Pickle show up at the courts in color coordinated tennis attire, and actually swing at the ball.

I felt the pride of a parent seeing their son take his first wobbly steps.

As Roddick said at his press conference following his complete and utter destruction at the hand of Federer at the '07 Aussie in response to a question to the comment he made prematch about how he thought he was closing the gap with Federer: "Yea...not tonight."
