Default Flexibility programmes

Are there any good online resources to help improve flexibility? The more muscle I'm adding to my legs the less flexible I'm becoming & its certainly affecting my game. I'm only in my early 30s but need to commit to improving this as I anticipate it could cause problems in later life.

Suzanna McGee, who often posts here as sixftlion, has a tennis fitness website.

One of her articles that you might find useful is:
"Static Stretching Routine After the Tennis Practice" http://www.tennisfitnesslove.com/201.../#.USGrvqWsiSp

Do you have an off court strengthening program?
Are you stretching at the end of each exercise session?
Do you start your mornings with a brief "dynamic warmup" followed by some stretching?

I don't have time to fit in Yoga classes - I barely have time to get on court as I have a young family. I'll try to do a bit stretching when I'm at work and little bit after playing - hopefully that'll help.

30s is when it starts... you become away that you have joints... everything is stiffer, tighter...

Good thread idea. Would love to see suggestions other than yoga. not my cup of tea...
