Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy

Saw Django Unchained the other day. Nice but way too much needless killing in the end. Maybe that;s how it was back then ?

I enjoyed it too but funny how the tiger's size kept changing in each scene and even though he's supposed to be full grown, he's still tiny. Realized it was a computer generated image. The main actor studies in a college in my city and ran into some problems for the time he took off. He had to carry his homework with him on location, and I believe submit a written apology or something. Can't remember the details but the college was quite stern and unhappy about it.

"Sparticus" GOAT of all movies. That is where Abraham Lincoln got his idea to free the slaves.

Intouchables (French) -- liked it, touching -- the critics seem to have flayed it, frustrated chaps

Reminded me of Rainman.

I GOATed Michael Douglas a few years after this epic was made.

Default Dead Man Down

Colin Farrell in yet another dark gangster film with a romantic subplot. Average for this genre, Farrell improves everything he touches.

I agree with the tiger part, but I also was impressed with how real it looked in some scenes (despite the size issue). I was wondering though, do you live in India? I think I saw one of your posts saying you grew up there, but do you live there now?

Overall, it can just be tolerated if you have nothing else to do at that time.

"Let the Right One In". Suprisingly beautiful and touching horror film. Could be my all time favorite.

Lawless.

With Mardy Fish playing Howard, and Nadal playing the indestructible Forrest. I think Gulbis was playing Jack but not sure. Nole was the Special Deputy guy, Rake.
