Default great question

I would say a bit of both. if your not hitting out and not having fun whats the point? At the same time getting one more ball back is obviously important. how about picking one shot and being aggressive with that (cc fh?) and concentrate on placement and safety w/ the other shots? just an idea. good question though. i would try to find someone who likes drills. maybe a coach.

good luck
