What grip?

A couple of beginner questions:

What grip should you use when going for a flat serve and what grip when you want to do a kick serve?

When hitting a 1 handed backhand what grip do you use? People tend to say "1 handed eastern backhand grip" but is that a normalt eastern forehand grip or is it something else?

Eastern backhand is two bevels left of eastern forehand, between extreme eastern backhand and continental.

Can somebody tell me what grip to use on a slice serve because I'm not sure what to use.

I use continental on a flat serve and a kick serve.

Continental is definitely the standard for flat serves, but some people like to move closer to an eastern backhand grip for more spin-orientated serves. The above link is a grip guide with pictures.
