what's up with this guy? he's good but his head isn't. he's a nice guy but not on court. focus, focus, focus! will we ever see him again in a slam final or win another one?

I don't think choker label can be applied to Safin. Each player is different. With Safin, you'll never know what he will or will not do which makes him intriguing. He is like Ivanesivic. Goran did get his Wimbledon later than most thought.

Its soooo frustrating. He is such a likable guy, but he just never seems to try hard enough. My theory - he doesnt want it anymore. He is rich, handsome, famous. Does he want to work as hard as it takes to win those matches? NOPE. However, gotta give credit to Enquist. He was hitting winners all over the place, despite his shitty serve. Smart player.
