I know a kid ranked 3rd in the boys 18s new england who drings FOUR redbulls before every big match. Considering that that's 8 bucks right there, seems like a pretty expensive habit

Propel fitness water is a complete sham and waste of money.
The suppliments in there are so minute that you might as well bring your own water and just take in nutrients seperately. |

Propel fitness water is a complete waste of money, its true. Buy a bottle of gatorade, put two tablespoons of the gatorade in a bottle of water and voila, you have the same thing.
Red Bull is also a complete waste of money, it's just caffeine and sugar, read the label. No different than coffee or flat soda, but it can cause racing heartbeats in children.
