I can feel slight discomfort in my knees going up / downstairs after the match (all court playing style). The soreness will go away the next day. Is this normal?

Is your discomfort in your patella (kneecaps) or on the medial or lateral side? Oftentimes people have some pain going up and down because of rough cartilage on their kneecaps.
