Been coaching as a pro at an academy for a while. Recently been working with a promising u12 girl, who's parents have now approached me to work one on one, full time. Chemistry is great, I have a good idea of where she is at and where we need to go technically, athletically etc but I have not had something of this magnitude under my wing yet. Any literature, advice, plan outlines, that you might find useful, I will greatly appreciate as we only have a month to get her ready for Nationals! Thanks!!

Is your question how to make yourself a better coach for this situation? Or should you leave the security of your academy job to take her full time?
