If an Ivy or other top school wants you enough, they'll find need-based aid. I have several family members who were accepted to top schools, had to decline because they couldn't afford them, and were then offered need based aid ahead of needier but less desirable candidates. This is the back-handed way the Ivies help out top tennis players -- not through tennis scholarships per se, but through prioritizing the needs of top tennis players.
