Hi everyone,
I'm a new member at TalkTennis, and this is my first post. I just want to know what are your favorite forehand drills. Please also include a short description. Thanks |

Killing the can is a simple one that I like. Put two cans in cross court target zones (one on each side of the court). Start a rally hitting cross court and aiming for the can. Score points for each hit, the winner being the first to some set number.
I've seen a number of the pros doing this during practice (Andy Murray was one). |

I'd advise not putting them too deep if you want to work a lot of topspin. Perhaps put them half way between the service box line and the baseline.
