In which frame? Is that drop weight (CP) or lockout?

If you have serious TE, stringing at 58# is WAY too high (regardless of the machine and/or string type).

If you want to keep playing, try a PK 5G Classic with natural gut strung at 40-45 lbs.

i have tried the 5G did not help me. i am now using an old wilson refex strung at 58 and a flex rating of 53 - pretty easy on the arm.

i will keep you posted on my progress. i have read that this is the only solution for some folks except surgery.
the arm feels somewhat better but too early to tell for sure.

will keep you posted - if this works - i am going to the spokesperson for this procedure.
UPDATE - have been going for about a month now - the arm is much better but not healed yet. i would say it is about 50% or more better than before.
the therapist said that when i have an old injury like mine, it will take longer to heal.
so far so good.

update - i have been taking this for about 5 weeks now i can see a remarkable improvement - i am now only taking the therapy once per week and i would say the arm is about 70-75% better.
almost no pain - a little but not bad.
will keep you posted.

We'll see how your fancy treatments stack up against my "work it until it gets stronger or breaks" approach. Not recommended for you kids out there.

I'm basically doing eccentric and concentric wrist curls and tyler twists every night, and using grip strengtheners and stretching all day while at my desk at work, in addition to my normal dumbell curls and increased triceps work.

My bulging forearm muscles will teach that tendon how to behave!!

i have went for about 6-7 weeks and the arm did improve but not healed. will have to see an orthopedic about the arm. nothing i have tried has worked.
i did everything i was supposed to and it still is only 70%.
will keep you all posted but it looks like i may have to have the surgery.
