Default Best choice for wilson steam 99 16x18

Hi,

Just wondering if someone can help me to find the best set up for this frame.
I'm thinking to 4g 17 fullbed or hybrid gut mains/4g 17 crosses.
What would you recommend?
I'm searching speed ball, lively stringbed and good feel.

Thanks everibody.

You'll get more power and a softer stringbed with the multi setup and more control and spin with the poly. Feel is up to the individual player, whether you like crisp stringbeds (full poly), or damp feeling strings (gut hybrid). I'd prefer the full poly myself but go with the gut hybrid if you want a softer and more powerful stringbed.

With such an open pattern I would recommend poly for its durability. Dunlop ICE is a really good string IMO. ICE is also extremely affordable. It's similar to 4G, but not as boardy feeling, and with more spin.
