NOw a day, there's a variety of hard courts (e.g plefi court)

Can u really feel the difference on ur leggs?

I know that ball bounces slower on hard courts at AO than that of US but

is there any difference in terms of leg and foot pain?

YES and YES. Nice cusioned court will feel so much better on your feet. this is even more so if you have foot pain like i do. and YOu can play longer without more pain. Softer cushioned hard courts will also be easier on the knees too. but you will feel it the most on the feet.
