Everyone's favorite journeyman, Vince Spadea, blitzed the field at the Franklin/Templeton...including Andy 150 Roddick. Way to go, Vince!

yeah, as much as i hate to say it, im startin to think roddick was a one hit wonder. he loses to the people he should beat. i not saying that spadea is a bad player (he isnt), you would just think roddick would beat him. but, anyone in the top 50 is a tough opponent.

Spadea is one of those guys who has been around long enough to figure out how to return a fast serve or two. My bad, do I have to be from LA to respond to contribute to this thread?

Wow! That is great. Sorry I missed it. I was visiting a friend in the hospital. Those guys are all so good. I sure wouldn't count Andy out. He is a great kid and he loves the game. Heck he is still growing and getting stronger.
