Mapping NTRP rankings to social A,B1, B2, C rankings

Okay, somewhere I recently saw something that mapped the NTRP rankings used by USTA to the A, B, C rankings, but now I can't find it. I'm taking over as Interclub captain for my club, and it would help if I got the correct level players playing in the correct level matches. (After all, we are just playing to have an excuse for lunch. Blowouts are a bad thing.) Would B1 be 3/3.5 and B2 be 2.5/3 ?
