I had the oncomings of a cold sore/fever blister kind of thing on my lip. Took the amino acid L-Lysine. Gave it some air. Gone in two days, gained two pounds of muscle (I think), and I'm faster, stronger and my serve is 12% harder all of a sudden
That, some spirulina, and the occasional wheat grass shot are the supplements that keep me feeling strong. |
