I had the oncomings of a cold sore/fever blister kind of thing on my lip. Took the amino acid L-Lysine. Gave it some air. Gone in two days, gained two pounds of muscle (I think), and I'm faster, stronger and my serve is 12% harder all of a sudden .

That, some spirulina, and the occasional wheat grass shot are the supplements that keep me feeling strong.

Gained two pounds of muscle in how long? If its under a month might want to cool out on the roids


But I stopped taking it since everything got screwed up with highschool tennis but once we start doing matches I'll go back on it. But while I was on it I did notice improvements
